هذا الكتاب يتضمن بعض الأحكام الخاصة بالسلوك والآداب العامة، وهو في الغالب مُستَلٌ من كتاب "الفصول" المسمى "كفاية المفتي" لنفس المؤلف، ولهذا السبب لم تذكره أغلب المصادر ضمن أعمال المؤلف.

Summary

This book includes some jurisprudential regulations related to general and social manners. The book is most probably a partial selection from ibn ʿAqīl's larger work, "Kifāyat al-muftī" that is also known as "al-Fuṣūl fī al-fiqh ʿalā maḏhab al-Imām Aḥmad ibn Ḥanbal. This is the reason that most classical references didn't mention it among the author's works.
