الكتاب عبارة عن شرح لمتن "لب الأصول" لنفس المؤلف، والذي اختصر فيه متن "جمع الجوامع" للإمام تاج الدين السبكي، والذي يعتبر من أهم المراجع في أصول الفقه عند السادة الشافعية. وقد قسمه المؤلف إلى مقدمة في التعريف بعلم أصول الفقه وعلم الفقه، وسبعة كتب، خمسة في مباحث أدلة الفقه وهي: الكتاب، والسنة، والإجماع، والقياس، والاستدلال. أما الكتاب السادس ففي التعادل والترجيح، والسابع في الاجتهاد وما يتبعه من التقليد، وأدب الفتيا، وما ضُم إليه من علم الكلام المفتتح بمسألة التقليد في أصول الدين، المختتم بما يناسبه من خاتمة التصوف. |

This is a commentary by the author himself on his text "Lubb al-uṣūl". The author aims at facilitating the words' complexity of such text due to its briefness. It starts with some introductory issues related to the main topic. Then followed by several parts ; amongst are: al-Sunna, consensus, analogical reasoning, Iǧtihād (independent opinion).. etc |
